Sales and Marketing

Regional Sales Directors

Our Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) have overall sales responsibility within their assigned territory. The RSD position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.   The position carries a sales quota and requires highly refined skills in prospecting, lead qualification, sales presentations/demonstrations, preparing quotations, and negotiating/closing contracts into both new and existing accounts.

Austin-Tetra deploys a solution-selling sales methodology.  A college degree and ten years of supply chain and/or sales and marketing content sales experience is preferred.
